The coaching program is highly personalized, focusing on individual leadership development, strategic decision-making, executive presence, and organizational impact rather than technical marketing skills. The coaching approach is also more flexible, with one-on-one sessions tailored to the executive’s schedule and specific leadership challenges.
What qualifications do your executive coaches have?
Our executive coaches are highly qualified professionals with extensive leadership experience and specialized coaching credentials. All coaches have a minimum of 15 years of senior leadership experience, often as C-suite executives or board members in major organizations. They hold advanced certifications from recognized coaching institutions such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and many have additional qualifications in leadership assessment, organizational psychology, or business management. Each coach undergoes a rigorous selection process and receives ongoing professional development to ensure they provide world-class coaching services
How is the coaching program structured?
The program follows a structured yet flexible approach over a 6-month period. It begins with comprehensive leadership assessments to establish a baseline and identify development priorities. You’ll then work with your coach to create a personalized development plan with specific goals and metrics. The core of the program consists of regular one-on-one coaching sessions (frequency depends on your selected package) where you’ll work on specific leadership challenges, receive feedback, and develop new strategies and approaches. Between sessions, you’ll implement agreed-upon actions in your workplace, with your coach providing support and accountability. The program includes regular progress reviews and concludes with a final assessment to measure your leadership transformation

Can coaching be delivered virtually or is it in-person only?
We offer flexible delivery options to accommodate the busy schedules of executives. Coaching can be delivered virtually via secure video conferencing platforms, in-person at your location, or through a hybrid approach combining both methods. Our virtual coaching has proven equally effective as in-person sessions, with the added benefit of eliminating travel time and allowing for more flexible scheduling. For certain packages, we also offer on-site shadow coaching where the coach observes you in your work environment to provide real-time feedback on leadership behaviors. The delivery method is determined based on your preferences, location, and specific development needs.
