We’re committed to delivering outstanding learning experiences. We understand plans can change—if you can no longer attend, please email us in advance at contact@mark-up.in. Refunds are processed per the policies below. As with everything we do at Mark-Up, you’re covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.


POLICY A — Instructor-Led Programs (Live / Virtual)

Applies to: All Mark-Up instructor-led courses, cohorts, bootcamps, workshops, and live trainings.

Cancellations prior to course start

If you cancel before the published course start date, you’ll receive a 100% refund of fees paid.

Withdrawals during the course

If you don’t see the value you expected and wish to withdraw within the first 2 classes (or 2 days of instruction), we’ll issue a 100% refund — no questions asked.
After you have attended more than 2 classes/days, no refund will be issued.

Admission transfers

Enrollment cannot be transferred from one learner to another.

Transfers to another batch/cohort

  • You may switch to a different upcoming batch any time before the course begins, at no extra charge.

  • If you are unable to continue mid-course, we’re happy to accommodate you in a future batch of the same course, at no additional cost (subject to seat availability).


POLICY B — Self-Paced Programs (E-Learning)

Applies to: All Mark-Up on-demand, self-paced learning programs.

Access extensions:
If you’d like to extend access by 1 month, email contact@mark-up.in and we’ll extend once at no cost (maximum one month). For extensions beyond one month, a fee of 50% of the course price applies.


Notes (All Programs)

  • All cancellation, rescheduling, and substitution requests must be emailed to contact@mark-up.in.

  • You are not eligible for refunds if you have accessed and downloaded course materials.

  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 10–15 business days of approval.

  • Refunds or credits for rescheduling cannot be issued for non-attendance (no-shows).

  • If you do not notify us in writing about your cancellation/reschedule and do not attend, you are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

  • Mark-Up may modify this policy at any time without prior notice; however, the policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that transaction.


Cancellations or Rescheduling by Mark-Up

Mark-Up reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time, including (but not limited to) cases of insufficient registrations, facilitator unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances/force majeure. In such cases, you may choose a full refund or move to a future batch of the same course at no additional cost.

Mark-Up is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages that may result from the cancellation or rescheduling of a class beyond the refund or reschedule options described above.
