These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.mark-up.in (the “Website”). In these Terms, “Mark-Up”, “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Mark-Up, and “you” means a visitor, user, or paying customer. If you are accessing on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity, and you agree that the entity is responsible for your use of the Website, Products, and Services.

The Website, our educational programs, training services, software, and all related content (collectively, the “Company Products”) are owned, operated, and maintained by Mark-Up.

By (a) accessing or using the Company Products (including downloading or viewing content), or (b) offering or delivering a course, program, or content through the Website or software, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Company Products.


1) Eligibility & Account Access

  • You must use the Website in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

  • Certain areas or features may require an account and login credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activities under your account.

  • We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion if we believe these Terms are violated.

2) Service Availability & Internet Access

  • We strive to provide uninterrupted access but make no guarantees of uptime or availability.

  • Access to the Website is free; however, access to paid courses, certifications, or premium Services requires payment.

  • You are solely responsible for your equipment, internet connection, and any associated fees. We are not responsible for issues in your network, ISP, or hardware beyond our control.

3) Acceptable Use & Website Guidelines

You agree not to:

  • Insult, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or infringe the rights of others.

  • Publish, post, distribute, or disseminate defamatory, infringing, indecent, offensive, or unlawful material.

  • Upload or transfer files protected by intellectual property laws without proper authorization, or any software/code that could harm systems.

  • Pricing Disclaimer: Prices, products, and offers on www.mark-up.in are subject to change without notice. Despite reasonable efforts for accuracy, pricing or content errors may occur (e.g., human error, technical issues, supplier updates). We reserve the right to correct any errors and to limit or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

  • The price paid at the time of your completed purchase will remain applicable to that purchase.

8) Proprietary Use of Training Materials

All course content, recordings, assessments, templates, and learning materials (“Training Materials”) are proprietary to Mark-Up or our licensors. Unless expressly permitted, you may not share, resell, publish, or reuse Training Materials for commercial purposes. Limited personal, non-commercial use may be permitted as explicitly stated in the course or content license.

9) Disclaimers

  • NO WARRANTIES. THE COMPANY PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  • We do not warrant that the Company Products will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mark-Up will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or relating to your use of the Company Products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Company Products shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to Mark-Up for the specific product/service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the event, or (b) INR 10,000.

11) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mark-Up, its affiliates, officers, employees, partners, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Company Products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

12) Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Company Products will cease immediately, but Sections intended to survive (e.g., IP, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, Governing Law) shall survive.

13) Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
